Originated in Japan a couple years ago and also very popular in France it is just beginning to trickle over to the US .
When I first decided to try my hand at customizing My Scene Barbie I thought wow Anime Style would look Great on these dolls , and really I feel they were inspired somewhat by already popular anime inspired dolls and characters .
