Base doll is a dancing with fire Barbie .
All her factory paint was removed with acetone free polish remover
and her new features hand painted with acrylics and sealed.
Costume is made of black sequined and hand dyed green silk fabric.
Hand painted decoration and seed bead decoration.
The fanned collar is handmade using the green silk , hand painted
with rhinestone accents
and black glitter highlights
